- Official SMS from HelpeeCity will only be sent from the SenderID “HelpeeCity” or mobile number “+61 418 127 181“. Other SenderID or mobile number may be a scam.
- There is no additional cost required to claim your gift in HelpeeCity website – https://helpee.com.au
Claim your gift
- Sign in or create an account in HelpeeCity by using your existing Google / Gmail account.
- Official SMS gift would have the following details: the Gift Amount in $ value, Reference ID, Claim Token.
- Claim your gift with the details above on this page
- Once you checkout and complete the order, your gift amount will be added automatically to your HelpeeCity – eWallet.
Using your gift or eWallet
- You can check the balance and transactions of your eWallet here
- You can spend your gift amount that is in HelpeeCity – eWallet to do any transactions, e.g. Buy a Merchandise, Send to another person as Digital Gift Card or Brownies, Buy a Personalised ID .
- Or you can transfer any amount in your eWallet to your own bank account and withdraw it as cash.
